By accessing or using TrendProof ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TrendProof provides keyword trend velocity scoring via a REST API. The Service is intended for market research, content planning, and SEO analysis.
You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share keys or use them in client-side code where they may be exposed. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) resell or redistribute raw API responses without transformation; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits; (d) send abusive, fraudulent, or excessive requests.
Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Trial credits (5) are provided on signup and do not reset.
We collect your email address and usage data (queries made, timestamps). We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Trend data is derived from third-party sources and may not be accurate or complete. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on API output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendProof shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
